Information We Collect
Across our services, we collect the following categories of data:
- Account information: name, email address, and authentication credentials
- Usage data: app interactions, feature usage, and analytics to improve our services
- User-generated content: notes, journal entries (Verve), travel itineraries (Voyage), chat messages (Vibot), and marketplace listings (ShareSpace)
- Financial data: transaction records, subscription details, and invoice information you provide (Vense)
- Device information: device type, operating system, and app version for troubleshooting and compatibility
Health Data
Our application Velth collects and processes sensitive health data that you voluntarily provide, including:
- Blood pressure readings (systolic and diastolic values)
- Blood glucose levels
- Medication names, dosages, and schedule information
- Health trends and historical health records derived from the above
How we use Health Data: Your health data is used solely to provide Velth's core functionality — tracking, visualising trends, generating insights, and sending medication reminders. We do not use your health data for advertising, marketing, or any purpose unrelated to your direct use of Velth.
Sharing: We do not sell, share, or disclose your health data to third parties, except where required by law or with your explicit consent (e.g. data exports you initiate).
How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to provide, maintain, and improve our services, to communicate with you, and to protect our legal rights. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Data Retention
We retain your data for the following periods:
- Account data: retained for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, your data is permanently removed within 30 days.
- Health data (Velth): retained for as long as your account is active. You may delete individual records or all health data at any time from within the app. Upon account deletion, all health data is permanently erased within 30 days.
- Usage and analytics data: retained in anonymised form for up to 24 months to help us improve our services, after which it is deleted.
- User-generated content: retained for as long as your account is active. Deleted content is permanently removed within 30 days.
We may retain certain data beyond these periods where required by applicable law or to resolve disputes.
Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. Health data is encrypted both in transit and at rest.
Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information. You may also request a copy of your data or withdraw your consent at any time.
