Do you offer refunds?
Yes. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions if the service isn’t a good fit. If you're unhappy within the first 30 days, contact our support team and we’ll review your request. Refunds may be limited once significant AI usage has occurred, since those costs are incurred immediately when the AI is used. If you're unsure, we recommend trying the platform lightly first before running large AI tasks.

AI requests are powered by external models which charge per usage. To keep the platform sustainable, AI features may have usage limits depending on your plan.
